- RRonvipLos Angeles •5 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoIn spite of the fact that there are probably thousands of restaurants in Las Vegas and many are really, really good, my friends and I come back to Echo and Rig on most of our visits. The quality of the ingredients, excellent preparation, and high quality service make this place stand out. Then, combine it with the value proposition of the very reasonable prices for the meal you're getting, it's almost crazy that you don't visit here. The ambiance of the restaurant itself and it's place in the Tivoli center makes it a very nice way to have a meal. Thank you to Echo and Rig's staff for being a highlight of our trip.More infoEcho & Rig Steakhouse & Butcher ShopPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Tivoli Village•4.7

- MmichaelvipDenver / Colorado •6 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThe drinks were as requested, the food was hot and yummy, the service was superb as multiple servers chipped in as expected for the best possible service, the waitress was cute and bubbly, and the ambiance was fantastic. How hard is it to make good drinks, fresh food, and great service? Very hard because to get the trifecta is hard to find these days. We will be a regular as long as they stay consistent! Enjoyed this night very much, thanks to your team! Including the Chefs!!!!!More infoAl Solito PostoPrice: Expensive• Italian• Tivoli Village•4.8
- MMariluvipWashington, D.C. Area •18 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoFirst of all, service was great! Secondly, the food was delicious. We ordered the scallops ceviche, the flavor combination was surprisingly good. And that polenta, as the base of the ceviche, was amazing. They should use it in more dishes or as a dessert and pour over some berries or something. Then we ordered the garlic and chile shrimps; delicious! My husband is not a fan of shrimp and he went for seconds. The other two dishes were the red snapper and the lamb chops. Both delicious as well. The red snapper was just a bit under salted but nothing that will prevent us from ordering it again. We will be back for sureMore infoAda’s Food + WinePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Summerlin•5
