Why don't I come here more often? This is one of THE best restaurants in Las Vegas; and arguably the #1 restaurant in the Summerlin vicinity. The food is amazing and the service never disappoints.

As usual I had a great experience at Limoncello, I like to seat at the bar and enjoy a nice chilled vodka martini that the bartender expertly prepare, I like to watch him as he take a chilled martini glass add a touch of white vermouth swirl all over the glass to lightly coat the glass with a hint of vermouth he then throw the liquid out shake the vodka with ice and pour the liquid in the glass ice crystal forms all over and he add my favorite olive stuffed with blue cheese.. Ahhh! the night start to relax. Ordered a plate of calamari that are serve piping hot and lightly salted with sea salt, then I ordered for entrée a cioppino with lobster tail, shrimp, clam, mussels, calamari, fish and scallops in a beautiful aromatic red sauce delicately balanced. Skipped desert this time keeping down the calories. Great place to entertain for business or with a loved one. Guiseppe the owner is always around.

Love North Italia. Our server was great and very knowledgeable about the menu. They worked with the gluten allergy and made all of our food delicious and a wonderful meal.

The food and service are always five star. The value is incredible. We have been to this restaurant dozens of times and typically go 4-5 times per year. We go out to eat often and we go to upscale restaurants around Las Vegas. My wife and I truly believe that Echo & Rig is the best value of all. For the price, food quality, and service, hands down the best value in Las Vegas. We enjoyed the Tomahawk steak which was cooked to perfection. We had the pork burnt ends and lamb cigars for appetizers which were FANTASTIC. We brought our own bottle of wine as they have no corkage fee. If you have never eaten here you must go. You may just find your new favorite restaurant!

Our first time at this local restaurant and yes we will return! Great service from Nikki and the service team from start to finish. The complimentary focaccia and olive oil/garlic dip were a great start. We enjoyed all of our food - meatballs with marinara, Baby Gem Caesar, vodka rigatoni, and Chicken Marsala.
