- TTomLas Vegas •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoMy wife and I had lunch at Marche Bacchus, and it was an excellent experience from beginning to end. We started by sharing two orders of the escargot because it's one of our favorite dishes. The flavor was outstanding, and the texture was exactly what escargot should be—tender and never rubbery or chewy like it can be at so many other restaurants. The only thing I would change is adding just a bit more garlic, but that's a minor suggestion. My wife ordered the mussels, which were incredibly fresh and full of flavor. The curry broth was rich and pronounced, with a subtle hint of coconut that balanced everything beautifully. I had the short rib eggs Benedict. I appreciated that they asked how I wanted my eggs prepared. I requested poached with a runny yolk, and they were cooked perfectly. The short rib was exceptionally tender and made for a fantastic brunch dish. My wife also enjoyed a mocktail that was expertly prepared and delicious. Our only surprise was the $15 price, which seemed a bit high for a non-alcoholic beverage. The service was friendly, attentive, and responsive throughout our meal. One of the highlights of our visit was Chef Alex stopping by our table to chat with us for a few minutes. That personal touch made us feel genuinely welcomed and was greatly appreciated. Overall, Marche Bacchus delivered excellent food, outstanding service, and warm hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and look forward to returning.More infoMarche Bacchus$$$$• French• Desert Shores•4.6
