The best sushi in Denver but the service could use some improvement, especially for the price of a date here, I think it would really elevate the experience to have more involved service instead of the standard pencil and paper order forms with not much explanations.

Top notch as always. Even ordering an iced tea, they bring a full large glass of iced tea, an extra carafe of just brewed tea as well as a small glass of simple syrup for perfect sweetness that mixes in with minimal stirring. All done without asking.

Best experience we’ve ever had at a restaurant. From the moment we walked in to our goodbyes… just awesome. Started off coming 30 min early to sit at the bar and grab a drink before our reservation. Employees checking us in were so nice and helpful on getting us checked in and situated. Bar employees were attentive and checked on us multiple times. Situation happening next to us with a man acting like a child about his steak and as we enjoyed our old fashions… we watched as the bartenders and I want to say one of the managers (Dominique) handle this man with such poise and respect regardless of how he was acting (if it was me it would have been a different story 😂) so shoutout to the staff at the bar and Dominique for handling that situation so well!!! We ordered a cowboy ribeye with bone marrow, NY strip with grilled lobster (recommended by our waiter Steven who was also AMAZING and very knowledgeable), potatoes and the Mac & cheese; ordered medium rare on the steaks and they came out PERFECT and the temp was on point. Ambience was great, music wasn’t too loud like other people have commented, and wait staff were very attentive. With how much you pay you definitely get your moneys worth and beyond. Wait staff has a sense of humor which is always nice to have when coming to a restaurant of this caliber so we appreciated that! It’s not a matter of if we will come back it will be WHEN we do come back we’ll be ready to finish everything without leftovers. Great food and service. No bread brought to the table- this was surprising as I’ve never been to an Italian restaurant where bread wasn’t served at the table. Very expensive but the food and service were excellent.
