We booked a reservation for later in the evening but was nearby a couple of hours early. We went inside to see if there was any bar seating to enjoy some wine before our reservation but it was full. Figured it wouldn’t hurt to ask if there was availability to be seated sooner - and we were! The service was unmatched. Our waters were never empty and our server was friendly and communicative. The food was nothing other than AMAZING! We received a complimentary dessert for a birthday celebration to end a wonderful night. Would absolutely return and recommend to anyone who asks!

Waiter was excellent but over worked. Clearly to many tables. 2 orders of Steak Frites. Steak tasteless, over cooked (ordered m rare) frites warm at best. Fried oysters delicious. We are regulars and will be back. Just a bad night for the staff. Hostess, clueless.

Our new New Year's Day tradition will be Rusty Scupper brunch! Wow, the best deal and meal in the city. I don't want to tell anyone because I want the place all to myself!

This restaurant is amazing! It was our first visit and I can’t wait to go back. We had brunch and very much appreciated the ability to make reservations. The menu had some breakfast basics, but each with a fun and interesting twist. So many great options it was really hard to choose. My husband got their take on Huevos Rancheros and I got the Shakshuka. Both were so tasty! They also gave us little in-house doughnuts with our coffee which was a great treat. Everything coming from the kitchen looked amazing. Burgers, chicken sandwiches and French toast especially. Wait until you see the GIANT mozzarella sticks! Do yourself a favor and go asap!
