Lovely Italian restaurant, close to all the central tourist highlights, and they are dog friendly! Great service, really charming team. Food was great with a few interesting specials.

Not only in the quality of the food that comes into and leaves the kitchen but also in the presentation, the delivery to the table and overall customer service. A truly wonderful place. We came after visiting Windsor castle for my father’s OBE ceremony and the staff were so accommodating and made the experience truly special. We hadn’t booked a place for lunch until the day before and they were able to give us a wonderful table. The server, Mia, was so friendly and bubbly and she made sure we had everything we needed. When I booked the table, I had originally booked for 2pm but we finished at the castle at 12:30, so they were able to move up our reservation to 1pm with no hassle. Finally the food was amazing and presented beautifully. Thank you very much.

With access to panoramic views of Pendle Hill, and a range of seasonal menus, created and tailored by our Chef Patron, Doug Crampton, Eight at Gazegill is the epitome of a 'farm-to-fork' restaurant, being owned by and located directly on a working organic farm, Gazegill Organics, in the Ribble Valley.

Showcasing the best of the produce from the farm, which includes organic slow-reared pork and raw milk, and utilising the seasonal bounty that can be found in the surrounding hedgerows and countryside, Eight at Gazegill reconnects guests to nature through the food.

Our Brunch, All-Day and Sunday Lunch menus are suitable for all, while our Friday and Saturday evening Tasting Menu offers a more grown up experience. This is a first rate restaurant in all respects: superb food: interesting, high quality ingredients all beautifully cooked and presented and most if all absolutely delicious. The value is inly scoring 4* as drinks can jack up the bill. The environment and atmosphere is like no other i know in London. The high ornate ceilings and decorated walls are amazing (see for yourself) pictures all shape sizes in a remarkable tessellation. Yet there is a comfortable vibe despite the very grand environment and conversation is easy with little background interference and somehow a sense of privacy, which is remarkable. Service is charming, prompt and very helpful.

We are fortunate to be surrounded by the picturesque Norfolk Broads, while Salhouse boasts numerous scenic walks for both guests and four-legged friends to enjoy.

The neighbouring village of Wroxham provides plentiful amenities including a department store, local shops and cafes, and is popular with holidaymakers wishing to hire boats - we would all agree that one of the best ways to experience the Broads is on the water!

Norfolk also boasts 90 miles of award-winning coastline, with lots of variety to explore. From sandy beaches and rugged cliffs to salt marshes, there really is a beach for everyone! Here at the Lodge our closest stretch of beach is only a half-hour drive away.

We visited Monday evening for a table of 9 and as usual the food was amazing. Staff are always so helpful especially Angela - nothing is too much trouble. The staff work very hard and were extremely busy - maybe they were a little short staffed on the evening however this didn’t spoil our experience on the night. Would always recommend!

We love this restaurant! In fact, we've travelled in from Stoke on Trent before now, simply to have lunch there. This time we were there for breakfast and, as ever, the food was great and the service friendly and helpful. The view is always amazing! What made it even more special was that Mr Williams, the owner, was there, training some of the staff and he couldn't have been more pleasant, chatting with us as we arrived and even sent a sample of one of the dishes on the menu across to my friend. We went to Colwyn Bay for a day at the seaside and our day was made right from the start. Thanks!!

We love this restaurant! In fact, we've travelled in from Stoke on Trent before now, simply to have lunch there. This time we were there for breakfast and, as ever, the food was great and the service friendly and helpful. The view is always amazing! What made it even more special was that Mr Williams, the owner, was there, training some of the staff and he couldn't have been more pleasant, chatting with us as we arrived and even sent a sample of one of the dishes on the menu across to my friend. We went to Colwyn Bay for a day at the seaside and our day was made right from the start. Thanks!!
