We had a dinner here before our 7:30 pm Opera tickets. It was an easy walk from the Civic Center Parking Garage, as well as the War Memorial Auditorium. The food was delicious! The menu offered a variety of dishes, and a good drink menu as well. We started off by sharing a big bowl of Brussel sprouts with honey-lime vinaigrette - Delicious! My husband had Ropa Viejo with shredded angus beef, green olive, red bell pepper, tomato, and bacon. It was magnificent and filling! I had three chicken empanadas that were perfect. This delicious dinner was so filling, we were set for the rest of the evening. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant for a pre-theater meal any day of the week.

We came here for Saturday brunch and thoroughly enjoyed the chicken tocino silog and the Ensaymada (mango and passionfruit). I highly recommend. Metered parking was relatively easy for Saturday at 10am.

My wife and I just ate at Alora celebrating our 38th wedding anniversary. It was the best meal experience we have had in a long time!! The staff was very friendly and took great care of us throughout the meal. Everything we had was presented beautifully, was balanced and flavorful and perfectly cooked! The muhammara, the flaming cheese and tenderloin shaslik were spectacular!! I really enjoyed my cocktail "Thr Grove of Tranquility “ Great experience!!

Asesh was excellent and made sure that everyone in the Bridal Shower tea party was taken care of. He was very attentive and had to juggle a very large reservation. The tea was very communicative and helpful to work with our food allergies & dietary restrictions the weeks leading up to our reservation. Bright, modern setting and probably the most delicious afternoon tea I have had in the SF Bay Area. Thank you for hosting our party.

Asesh was excellent and made sure that everyone in the Bridal Shower tea party was taken care of. He was very attentive and had to juggle a very large reservation. The tea was very communicative and helpful to work with our food allergies & dietary restrictions the weeks leading up to our reservation. Bright, modern setting and probably the most delicious afternoon tea I have had in the SF Bay Area. Thank you for hosting our party.
