The BEST food in miami, the service was outstanding and the timing for the food to come out was quick but not overwhelmingly fast. The summer tasting was fantastic and as someone who has food allergies, they gave me the same quality of items as my guests next to me but with different ingredients. I highly recommend the sweetbread!!!

While the food was good, nothing justified the high prices. The venison was unchewable until I sent it back for more cooking. Beautiful foie gras, but again, overpriced. and the mango dessert turned out to be a piece of dry, tasteless cake accompanied by a dab of very tasty mango ice cream. On the patio, where we sought quiet, the speakers sound could not be turned down and interfered with our conversations.

A beautiful and tasty dining experience at the Chef’s counter. The staff are knowledgeable, welcoming and simply amazing. The tasting menu is exceptionally well curated and presented for a beautiful evening. My only suggestion is that in lieu of having multiple servers presenting and each server “talking” about the courses to multiple parties at the sane time (which is very distracting) only have one server speak as the courses are presented or present the courses to parties at different intervals.

I’ve been to Michelin rated restaurants in so many different cities and countries and I have my favorites the experience at Konro is second to none. First of all it’s so intimate there are only 10 seats, the place is spectacular the food presentation the plates you are served on, the description of every course and the flavors are orgazmic. If you get a chance to go and are able to get a reservation don’t miss out, my advice get the wine pairing you’ll thank me. Thank you Jacob and Nadia for an unforgettable evening.

Overall an excellent experience both dining and service. Drinks were spot on delicious. Staff and service were awesome. Of the 6 meals ordered, 4 were divine and 2 were well below the standard of Chef Beltran and the Michelin Bib Gourmand icon. The sides, Short Rib Boliche, and Diner Burger were outstanding. However, the absolute star and standout was the pork belly appetizer. OMG - DIVINE!! Absolutely DIVINE!! We humble beg Chef Beltran to NOT remove this from the menu (as we were told next week it’s getting replaced with a more traditional “chicharron”). Like we BEG you. Don’t do it. Move it to the entree section or something. Please, PLEASE keep it!! The plantain-crusted snapper and the Pollo a la Milanesa. As one of our table guests put it — the line chef at the fryer was asleep at the wheel. Both dishes are finished in the fryer and what arrived at the table was so overcooked and like cement they were rendered inedible. That said, the staff did right by us and removed them from the check, so no complaints other than the cook on the dishes being subpar. PLEASE KEEP THE CURRENT CRISPY PORK BELLY picadera!!!!!!
