Staff was wonderful…above and beyond. We went for my daughter’s graduation and they really helped us celebrate. Food was delicious.

Absolutely amazing food and service. Went there as a birthday celebration and it was truly amazing. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, food came out in an extremely timely manner and was cooked to perfection. Waiter was so professional and extremely friendly, he made excellent recommendations and truly helped make it a great experience.

Mother's Day 2:45 reservation for brunch. Mimosa spilled on my wife by waiter could be overlooked as accidental (and we told him so), but waiting nearly an hour after placing order for uncomplicated food to arrive was too long. Delicious, even if pricey, but clearly understaffed in kitchen as seating was less than half-full when we were finally served our meal. Many high-class establishments (or other Chart House locations) would recognize such shortfalls and make it up to customers to make them happy despite these issues. We will probably be back again, but we expected better.
