Our water glasses never emptied and we were checked on to see if we needed more wine or pita bread. The food…oooh wow!! My mother thought she didn’t like hummus. She now really enjoys hummus. Well done Shaya! Well done!! We will be back!!More infoShayaPrice: Expensive• Israeli• Uptown•4.9

My branzino was excellent as well. We started with some char broiled oysters which was a great way to start the evening.More infoSuperior SeafoodPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Uptown•4.8
- CchauvipNew Orleans / Louisiana •4 reviews4.0Dined 4 days agoThe aesthetic of the restaurant was very pleasing. The service was good. The food was OK. The Pasta Cart dish did not taste that great but the experience of it was nice with how they prepared it at tableside and explaining about the cheese wheel. The Shrimp Paccheri was good. It reminded me of a Tuscan style pasta. The cocktails did not taste great but they did look great. I got a dirty martini that tasted like straight gin. My wife got a drink called purple rain, which tasted OK. I believe if they decrease the amount of lemon or lime that was in that drink, it would taste better.More infoTanaPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Italian• Metairie•4.7
