Incredible 5-course Mid-Atlantic menu set in a cozy, romantic atmosphere, paired with exceptional service. The Dabney served some of the best bread we’ve ever had, and the Grain Sourdough Tartine was particularly exquisite. Would love to visit again!

An unforgettable dining experience My wife and I had an incredible evening at Jônt. From the moment we stepped through the door, everything was seamless. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. The service struck the perfect balance between polished and personable, creating a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. The food was phenomenal. Each course was creative, beautifully presented, and full of bold, balanced flavors. The progression of the tasting menu felt like a journey, with every dish offering something new and exciting. I have a particular obsession with bright acidity, and while a few of the richer dishes might have soared even higher with a touch of lemon, that is very much a personal preference. Fortunately, the sake pairings added just the kind of clean, vibrant lift I love, and they complemented the meal in a way that felt intentional and precise. Jônt is more than just a restaurant. It is an experience we will remember and talk about for a long time. We are already looking forward to our next visit and would recommend it without hesitation.
