Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Fairfax

Best bistro in nova. We love wine house. Great wine. Great food.

The majority of the food was outstanding but the main entree duck was not. It tasted like beef liver on several bites and was fresh at the front but looked like I was served an end piece and was over cooked on the end. Overall the atmosphere was good. The lights in our room were emitting a high pitched noise that was annoying but you got used to it after 15 minutes. Solid overall place to dine.

We had an excellent dinner and our server was great (Julio). Julio was friendly, engaging and very attentive. My wife had the lobster dish with ink pasta that was a generous portion and tasty wonderful. I had the Chilean sea bass in a squash puree with broccolini . I would highly recommend 2941, they are a special restaurant and we enjoyed it very much.

Had a great experience! Our waiter Dominick was awesome. He was very attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. My husband and I were there to meet a friend who is in town so it was wonderful to have so many options, something for everyone. Dominick gave great recommendations in which I selected the seasonal chicken piccata with spaghetti squash. Unfortunately, the squash was cold, and he immediately fixed it by bringing me a whole new plate. I didn’t expect that, only expected some fresh spaghetti squash so now I have leftovers and will enjoy them for lunch today. My only issue was that it was a little chilly in there, but it was snowing out and I tend to be cooler than others so I just kept my jacket wrapped around me. The location of this restaurant is not close, but I’ll be sure to go back and see Dominick again !

Each dish was outstanding. We did a sampling of various dishes which our waiter helped to make recommendations and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The grape leaves were the best that I've had and the everything was cooked to perfection. There was a very friendly staff and wonderful atmosphere. I will definitely be going back for more.
