Went to Succotash Prime while we were in town with family and friends for the 4th of July holiday. We were really excited about the menu after a long day of touring the city. The food and drinks were excellent. We were really wowed by classics, and innovative combinations, with lots of fresh takes. We especially loved the collard greens, watermelon with peanuts, and the seasonal salad. It was clear the staff was a bit overwhelmed, so we were patient, but did need to point out that drinks and certain apps did not arrive more than once. Otherwise service was pleasant and apologetic, and able to help us meet our dietary restrictions. Really the only major drawback was how loud it was. There was an incredibly energetic group seated behind us, and the acoustics of the room made it difficult to hear each other at our table.

My husband and I celebrated our fourth wedding anniversary here and chose to share the tasting menu. The food was delicious and the service was great. This is a good restaurant if you want to have a romantic dinner and a bit of a quieter setting. For those wondering about accessibility, I use a power chair and found the restaurant and the restroom to be accessible . We will definitely come back again .
