Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Edwards

Great restaurant with an updated menu, great wine list, and a good location. The food was delicious and the service was comfortable, friendly, and appropriately attentive.

We enjoyed our dinner. First time guests. We ordered the Dinner for two with one appetizer (mussels were outstanding), two entrees (caste iron chicken with grits & salmon with edamame & veg & corn puree - both delicious), & shared dessert (mason jar s’more/ice cream extravaganza - really wonderful). Service was REALLY excellent! Wines by the glass also great. Don’t miss Stoke & Rye!

An absolutely wonderful restaurant. The food presentation is incredible. Wonderful and pleasant service. Ask for Audrey, she is incredibly attentive and friendly. If you have the opportunity to do so, the dover sole or the elk are absolute musts. We have been to Mirabelle five times when we've visited the Vail Valley and have always been completely satisfied!

WYLD has a great varied menu, wildly overpriced. The margarita pizza was not, and should be classified as a cheese pizza. It was overwhelmed with cheese to point of having to remove it to make it edible. The $26 beet salad was 3 beets no greater than 3 cm each, quartered. The kale salad was outstanding. I would have liked more of what the chef gave us as a tasting starter, arugula shell with English pea mousse, creative and savory. Our guests enjoyed the pasta dish. The venue and staff were perfect. Vastly different experience than previous meals eaten at WYLD.
