Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Colorado Springs

Every time I go to Colorado Springs I make it a point to go here. Food is excellent.

This was without a doubt one of the best diners out we have had in recent memory. I had the Pork Osso Bucco where the meat fell off the bone, so tender and perfectly seasoned. Our waitress, Chase, gave me a steak knife but I never had to use anything but my fork. The sauce on the potatoes was so delicious as well. My wife had the bison filet which was also tender and perfectly prepared. We shared the garlic green beans as a starter and could have had a bowl of the broth it was served in. Chase was a great server and very informative as to how things were prepared. My wife is gluten free and they had many options for her and Chase took great care of her. I found when I got home that many of their recipes are published online. Can't wait to try to recreate them at home. The atmosphere was quiet and stylish. While a bit expensive, we still feel it was worth every penny. We will definitely be back.

The service and beauty of dinning at The Summit were impeccable! The food was very good but not excellent for the price. It was the sauce offered and then poured on the wagyu beef and aged tenderloin that dampened the overall taste of such quality cuts of meat. I take responsibility for agreeing to it being added. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and still highly recommend.

Mother’s Day brunch was lovely, only 1 suggestion, at $120 a person you could give a guest more than 1 mimosa. options were amazing and cooked to perfection and the servers were very attentive.
