“Pizzeria Salvy is my father’s Philadelphia story. It’s a story of persistence and perseverance. It’s a story of my childhood, and all the flavors and experiences I remember.”
The latest from acclaimed Chef Marc Vetri, Pizzeria Salvy borrows its name from Marc’s beloved father, Sal. “My father has been at the center of everything when it comes to my restaurant career,” says Marc. “From the meatballs to the family meals he has made for the last 25 years, it’s only fitting that we dedicate this project to him."
Pizzeria Salvy offers a curated selection of 12-inch pizzas. Salads, seasonal vegetables, and (of course) Sal’s Meatballs round out a menu inspired by heritage and heart, family and Philadelphia.

Since 2001, Bellini has been a family-owned and operated spot serving up some of the most delicious and heartfelt Italian food around. Our chef, Francesco Parmisciano, was born and raised in the small town of San Marco di Castellabate located 30 miles south of Salerno, Italy, where he fell in love with the art of Italian cooking. He brings that passion to every dish with fresh flavors and beautiful presentation.
In 2021, Parid and Kristi Spiro took the reins and brought new energy to Bellini, keeping the spirit of the original while taking things to the next level. Our goal is simple: serve authentic Italian food in a welcoming space where everyone feels like family. Great food, great service —just a genuinely good time.

Discover Center City

The whole world should knows that there’s more to the diverse dining scene of Center City than cheesesteaks and hoagies. Israeli, Mexican, Japanese and a melting pot of other cuisines are dished up daily in the shadow of the Liberty Bell. French bistros are becoming as commonplace as Italian delis. If you haven’t tried black truffle pizza, what’s stopping you? Whether it’s a cocoa-cured rack of lamb or a vegan wood-roasted carrot that you’re craving, Center City likely has it. Fine dining establishments and casual rooftop bars co-exist in perfect harmony, and top chefs collaborate rather than compete. By the way, the iconic cheesesteaks and hoagies aren't bad either.
