The menu takes its culinary cues from the timeless dishes of classic French tradition and gives them an exciting, “dirty” twist using modern techniques and bold, thrilling flavors. In the same way the dishes “come alive” with flavor, the restaurant itself swells with energy as the hours lead into late night, featuring some of New York’s greatest playlists and a staff equally as vibey.
