The food was amazing. Only negative things I have to say is that the appetizers came out quickly but we waited so long for our main course. It took way longer than we expected to the point where half of us just got full. Also, the music was a little too loud. We could barely hear each other over it. But honestly the food was amazing, just wish the service was quicker.

A few of our food items never came, and when we continuously asked them for the food they were rude to us. We finally got the remaining food after 1 hour, and they still charged us for the food. When we asked for them to take it off the bill, their response was “well you ate it, was it good?”. They finally took it off the bill, but it was an uncomfortable experience.

Phenomenal Bottomless Brunch. Went for a late brunch and Essex was super lively and energetic. Not only were our champagne glasses truly bottomless but the food was delicious. Highly recommend!

35 mins after seating and we had to ask for a drink. 40mins in we had to ask if we could order food. Busboys unable to assist, we were told there was a staff meeting and servers would be out soon, but they opened at 11 and there where about 5 tables sat for 11. We ordered for about 45mins into reservation. Considering you have a link of 1.5hours per seating we felt slightly annoyed. When server did come she was lovely, food was good and she was very attentive. Would go back, but not right when they open. Atmosphere and service seemed much better an hour after we got there.

I was really disappointed with this restaurant. We ordered a starter and two mains, and before we’d even finished the starter our mains came through. I hadn’t even finished my meal before the server tried to take my plate away, whilst my mum was still eating! They then brought us the dessert menu (without asking) and then about 10 minutes later, after we’d asked for a bit more time to look at the menu, they brought the cheque over!! It was incredibly rude and we felt very rushed and as if we weren’t wanted there. Will not be returning here.

Courteous and attentive servers. Had brunch, was not blown away by the food though, not enough to go back. Had to asked to have our coffee reheated and food was not hot either, did not bother to asked them to reheat. For me the mimosas needed a little more orange juice. If you like them with more alcohol then this is your place. This place has a good vibe though.
