Beauty & Essex has an innovative design that starts in the restaurant’s entrance, a well-curated modern-day pawn shop replete with a saxophone, boombox, quirky artifacts, vintage treasures, and an eclectic array of “one-off” pieces of jewelry. We loved the food and the ambiance. Great girls night for a table of three. Shared a number of veggie forward plates and got the salmon and Neptune burger. Shrimp ceviche also incredible flavor. Very delicious health conscious eating out, without feeling like we were being overly healthy. Also, milk river cocktail - get it!

Fantastic food (and really pretty food too!), incredibly friendly staff, lovely place. My only suggestion is to maybe not play the music quite so loud (it’s a small place) so conversations can happen more easily. That aside, we are soooo happy to have found a GREAT new (to us) plant based restaurant. Will definitely be back many times!
