From the moment we arrived the service and experience was nothing short of exceptional. Educated and respectful staff, present and observant without being over bearing, and very professional. As someone who has history of managing hospitality businesses it is hard to not commend this team for how well they executed an exceptional experience. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a top tier dining experience in Omaha.

We recently dined at Dynamite, and our experience was outstanding, thanks in large part to our phenomenal server, Janeva D. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, helpful, and kind, enhancing our dining experience and making our night truly special. Janeva D continuously checked on us, ensuring that we were well taken care of throughout the night. Even when the food took a bit longer than expected, she was quick to apologize and kept us informed, making sure we felt valued. Her personal touch was unmatched—she took the time to learn our names and used them, making our visit feel warm and personalized. She is hands down one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had at any restaurant, and her exceptional service is a major reason why I will definitely be returning. The cocktails we enjoyed were delicious and perfectly handcrafted, setting the tone for a great meal. The food was generally excellent; we had the prime ribeye steak, whipped garlic potatoes, heirloom carrots, and smoked mac and cheese—all cooked to perfection. The cornbread and salmon were a bit on the dry side, but everything else on the menu was spot-on. Despite the busy atmosphere with a wedding party, a food critic, and the owners present, Chef David did an amazing job, and the entire team executed everything flawlessly. The special touch of a 7-layer chocolate ganache cake made for my birthday was an extra highlight of the evening. All the other staff members were also polite, attentive, and helpful. The environment at Dynamite was a perfect blend of calm, intimate, inviting, and lively. The open kitchen was a nice touch, allowing us to watch the chefs work diligently while maintaining a professional and clean space. Overall, it was an incredible dining experience, and we can’t wait to return! Dynamite is lucky to have such an outstanding server, and she truly made our night unforgettable.

J Gilberts is our favorite Omaha Restaurant. We used to go only on special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries but the food and service is so good we are making it a more frequent stop. The food is outstanding and the servers are all polite, efficient, and friendly. Our most recent server Hanna was all of these and more. Highly recommend this fine eating establishment.

Ever since Memoir opened up earlier this year, I’ve loved everything I’ve ordered from there. From appetizers to deserts, they’ve been excellent! Last night my husband and I celebrated our anniversary by dining here. We started with the pork potstickers which were perfectly juicy and savory. For our entrees, I ordered the seared trout with a kale salad. The trout was delicious! Perfectly flaky and seasoned! Paired really well with the kale salad. My husband ordered the roasted chicken and said “this is the best chicken I’ve ever had”. He’s a man of a few words so that was definitely a statement! I tried a bite and have to agree! It has such a perfect Smokey flavor to it! Besides food, their service and ambiance was perfect! I’m really happy the Flagship group has introduced this ambiance to Omaha! They never miss!

Great place! With the dishes, entrees and pergola and hanging flowers, I felt like I was on the Mediterranean! The four spreads and eggplant were my favorite followed by the saganaki! My husbands chicken kabob platter looked great, too!
