Mason (Ohio) Restaurants

Nice dinner at Firebirds Mason, OH. Casey was a terrific service with great attention but not overly so---pace was terrific as was food!!! Very enjoyable. Funny thing: about 18 months ago, we were there and as the server was putting down our water glasses, the bottom broke-off the glass my wife was getting----she got a lap-full of water. Manager took care of it and us---no injuries. We were talking about that happening at last nights dinner---and I'll be darn: Casey was bringing our waters and just before she got to our table----another water glass bottom shattered and broke spilling the water on the floor---and not us again thankfully. Don't know if the glasses get old or, if they are hot out of the dishwasher and then with cold ice water, the bottom breaks-up??? But, what are the odds of this happening twice to the same people in 18 months?? Too funny.................enjoyed the dinner!

Had never been before! From the minute we walked in was perfection and was even perfection the next day with leftovers! Waitress was best ever! Never missed a thing! I got the gnocchi and it was amazing My husband got the steak sandwich and he rolled his eyes with every bite! Lol Def going there from now on and what a great place for gift cards!

Cozy’s has become our favorite anniversary tradition. The food and drinks are always fantastic - be sure and get the carrot cake for dessert!

We started with the crab cakes. They were excellent! We shared a side of focaccia bread (also excellent). My wife had just the 8 oz fillet, cooked medium. It was cooked perfectly and tasted great. I had the 8 oz fillet (medium rare) with the spicey cream corn (don't recall what it was called) and carrots. All were cooked to perfection and tasted excellent. She had glass of red blend wine and I had a Napa Valley cabernet. Both were very good. David was an excellent waiter. I highly recommend SOB and hope to return soon.
