- KMKarenMvipWashington, D.C. Area •4 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe enjoyed our 34th anniversary dinner at Vista. They gave us a beautiful table on the patio overlooking the golf course and mountains. We could enjoy the piano player inside without interrupting our conversation. The food was delicious, and we loved the menu option to create your own meal with the choice of protein and sides. The service was excellent too. Jennifer was our server. We haven’t been in a couple of years but will be back soon after this wonderful experience! And, we received a delicious lava cake dessert on the house for our anniversary! We highly recommend!More infoVista at ArrowheadPrice: Expensive• American• Edwards•4.8

- AAlysonDenver / Colorado •1 review4.0Dined on Aug 10, 2024Great food and atmosphere. We went for our anniversary, which we shared in the reservation, but nobody acknowledged it. We weren’t expecting much, but a simple “happy anniversary” would’ve been a nice touch. Discover Eagle
The outdoorsy appeal of Eagle, Colorado, attracts tourists year-round. Between the calorie-burning activities and the cold winters, hearty dishes are in high demand. Contemporary trends haven't been ignored, though. Many of the pubs and diners serve gourmet burgers made with farm-to-table ingredients. Grills and steakhouses offer up big slabs of locally sourced meat and have outdoor patio seating so patrons can enjoy a mountain sunset with their rib eye. A fun American-Italian fusion restaurant offers unexpected entrees like pulled pork pasta and egg rolls with pizza dip. There's plenty of traditional Italian in town too. With mounds of linguine alfredo and New York style pizzas, these brick bistros are a great option for feeding the whole family.
