- VVeronikavipWashington, D.C. Area •9 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoJust excellent food every single time - I think we have tried everything on the menu a few times! Family owned, cozy, and relaxed place! Perfect for casual dining and bringing your family out to dinner. One time we had 12 people with us and they have a 12 people giant wood dining table in the middle of the restaurant, which was totally perfect for us. - CCharlesBaltimore / Maryland •11 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoBas Rouge is very pricey, but I knew that going in. It was a 2 hour drive for me to get to the restaurant but well worth it. We met friends there as a half way point for getting together. The service was outstanding, as was the food. The chicken was the best anyone had ever had. The lamb was cooked to perfection. The pasta was delicious, although the purchaser of that item wished she had chosen another after tasting the other dishes. We all got the 3 course fixed menu and that was more than enough. The deserts and breads were also outstanding. The service was even better than the food. It seemed like the maitre d and the entire staff were french and they were so attentive that our needs were met before we even knew we had them. Try it.More infoBas RougePrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary European• Easton•4.9
