What a pleasant surprise for lunch. A excellent lobster roll, buttered, no mayo. (If you’re from New England, you know that debate.) Excellent, crisp and hot French Fries, and a great glass of wine. That will be a repeat.

A fantastic neighborhood restaurant. Food is always good. Beautiful patio. Staff are excellent. Super chef and his wife go out of their way to make your dining memorable.

Always love Farmshop. The avocado hummus is amazing, and those little pitas are the best. The chanterelle mushroom pasta was so delicious. Today, the noise level made it hard to hear in the outdoor patio. There were several very loud groups, and the music was turned up. Normally, we don’t have a problem. Hopefully it was just a combination of unusual circumstances.

I loved the spicy food I ordered! I ordered two small plates, the lamb meatballs and the clams and squid in broth. Yum My friend got the goat cheese with figs and an apple, grape and pomegranate seed salad, washed down with a glass of dry Sauvignon Blanc, it was terrific and just the right amount to share! We went to Valenti with our friend. Cristiano pleasantly greeted us and seated us at a table for four. . Duilio said he just received a shipment of fresh matsutake mushrooms. He said he would cook something for us if we would like. We started with the delicious home grown tomatoes in their panzanella salad and the radicchio and apple salad. We then enjoyed one order of their fabulous costletto and three orders of fettuccini with matsutake mushrooms. The pastas were out of this world because of the quality and fresh matsutake button mushrooms. After we were stuffed, we still enjoyed the home made gelato with fresh slices of strawberries and raspberries. Overall, it was a 12/10 dinner experience. The matsutake mushrooms ate very seasonal and if they don’t have a supply Duilio would make other home made pasta dishes! You would not be disappointed with ANY meal at Valenti!
