Good food and friendly server. The only negative is that headlights from cars pulling into the drive at the hotel shine directly into your eyes because the eating area is below grade. Lowering the window coverings might help but perhaps another kind of filter is needed. Very distracting for the person getting the light in their eyes and their guest, who sees lights constantly going across the other person’s face. MoreOpenTable Diner -
I went down for an early supper meal about 5 ish and there was only one other table. They seated me on the small lower table so I had to either sit with my back to any visual interest or sit on what turned out to be a very uncomfortable bench seating. My back was aching 1/2 through my meal making the whole experience unenjoyable. I understand that when it is slow you want to keep patrons nearby, but I had specifically asked if I could sit in the upper section and was refused. The food was very good. The beer batter cheese curds were especially nice. The service was speedy and efficient. MoreOpenTable Diner -
