Discover Pebble Beach
One of the most beautiful spots along the coast of Central California, Pebble Beach is justly renowned for its golf, but it should be equally famous for its cuisine. Its resort restaurants feature high-end dining with menu entrees such as wood-grilled swordfish served with ratatouille, basil aioli, tomato vinaigrette, and Arbequina olives. You can also enjoy a Nebraskan corn-fed prime New York steak accompanied by a caramelized onion potato gratin. Upscale-casual dining is also present. The somewhat more adventurous menus in Pebble Beach include charred octopus and watermelon with a wedge salad served with house-made bacon. As you might expect, seafood is ubiquitous in the area and often locally harvested. Additionally, with Japanese, Mediterranean, French, Italian, Mexican, and Greek options, ethnic cuisine is well-represented in Pebble Beach.
