Our usual experience with thirsty lion is that the food is great but the service is not great. Slow to get drinks and food etc. We even saw a couple leave after waiting for their drinks to arrive. I guess it just took too long for them. Having said that the food is always very good which is why we have continued to go back for many years.

There is no other restaurant quite like Arthur’s. We have been coming here for over 10 years. The attention to reservations, the food, the personal feel from the greeting at the door to the communication with the PROFESSIONAL waiters staff is flawless! My favorites are the Brie soup, the Aperol Spritz, and the Medallions Oscar. The bread is memorable, too! We always order a soufflé at our table but then ask for it to follow us to the bar while we listen to the live band. This is not a “dinner out”, but a great evening escape!

We went on a Monday night so it was pretty empty. However, the food, service and vibe were excellent so I definitely recommend if staying at the hotel or nearby. Lots of games to play!

STIRR is a local favorite hot spot in the middle of the Dallas Deep Ellum neighborhood. It's a great summertime destination, with a lively patio full of an after-work crowd enjoying beers and a great view of the city's skyline. STIRR is also perfect for a large group outing, with large-serving cocktail servings of blueberry mojitos and sangria. Don't forget about dinner at STIRR, too. They're known for their excellent burgers. Try their Kobe beef burger or the smash burger with house Dijon dressing.

Drove from Houston to celebrate my girlfriends birthday. She’s a picky eater & enjoyed every bite. Ambiance was great. Shelbie was great. Would recommend!
