Este impresionante espacio, diseñado por David Rockwell y situado a pocos pasos del Lincoln Center, presenta una pared de agua con azulejos azules iridiscentes de más de 9 metros que abarca los dos niveles del restaurante y que está adornada con 240 saltadores en miniatura. También cuenta con una imponente escalera "flotante" hecha de planchas de terrazo en tonos naranja y rojo, además de paneles retroiluminados tras la barra, incrustada con pétalos de rosa.
