We came here before the Philharmonic. Everything was great -- delicious food, nice cocktails, excellent service. That said, the tables are very close together and the noise level was pretty high, but we were able to hear one another well enough. Will definitely return!

A Memorable Dining Experience at Bad Roman! I had an amazing experience at Bad Roman! The food was incredible, and our server (wish I could remember his name) was exceptionally polite and friendly, making us feel so welcome. The ambiance was a delightful surprise; it felt vibrant and unique—especially impressive for a restaurant located in a mall. The real highlight, however, was a thoughtful touch that made my night: as a visitor from Houston, I asked for a mint after dinner and was surprised with an Altoids box personalized with the Bad Roman branding. It was such a creative and memorable gesture—my only souvenir from this New York trip, and one I’ll cherish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for something special in the city!

First impressions? Beautiful. Our waitress, Nicole, couldn't have been more accommodating, as was the entire staff. We were celebrating 49 years of friendship. At the end of the meal, they came out with a plate that said, "happy anniversary" with 4 decadent chocolate truffles. Nicole was an absolute ray of sunshine. The chopped vegetables salad was one of the best I have ever had. Marked one off of my bucket list. Everything was as spectacular as I hoped it would be and I thank you tremendously.
