The Empire Rooftop is located on the top floor of the iconic Empire Hotel and overlooks the Lincoln Center complex. With over 8000 square feet of interior and exterior space, The Empire Rooftop has a seasonal open-air East Terrace, a West Terrace with a retractable roof cover, an Interior Main Lounge, and a seasonal Sun Deck. Enjoy our Signature Empire Sunset Cocktail, a light bite from our appetizer menu, and take a photo in front of the iconic neon sign to complete your experience.

Guests of all ages (accompanied by a Parent) are welcome on the roof until 8PM, when those under 21 must vacate.

    Great atmospheric place for after work drinks and snacks. Attentive wait staff. I would only ask that there be a few more main course choices on the menu for folks who'd like a full dinner.

    Server got overwhelmed but she was nice. Wings were dry and taste was not good. Gossip girl drink tasted like egg froth with no peach flavor. Calamari was great. Tuna was great! Oysters were perfect.

    I hosted my birthday here and it was a wonderful time. The hostess was really helpful and made sure we got a table instantly for our reservation. The drinks were amazing, the seats could be a little more comfortable if you are looking to sit for longer than 2 hours. Overall, it was a great experience! Thank you!

    Exceptional view with several choices of seating… service was wonderful… and the drink choices  plentiful… mushroom flatbread out of this world! I will be back!!! :o)

    I monitored the reservation site and about a week out, I was able to secure the date I needed. Once it opened up, there were plenty of options available. I was really happy with the overall experience. I visited with my daughter and her friend as part of our weekend seeing Floyd Collins at the Lincoln Center. Both girls loved the wings and cauliflower pizza, and we all enjoyed the incredible views. I had been a little concerned about the weather, but our reservations were for indoor seating, which worked out perfectly. (I wasn’t sure how to confirm that in advance other than by calling.) The service stood out for being both prompt and attentive without being overbearing. We all ordered dessert and enjoyed it before heading up to the rooftop, where we caught some great sunset pictures. It was a very enjoyable evening, and I'm looking forward to returning.

    Loved the roof top! Sat outside but was disappointed when it started to rain! Luckily they relocated us right away indoors! The waitress found us in our new seat for our food and drinks! The food was good. Waitress was nice but we got very small $25 meals leaving us hungry for more! Fish tacos were so good! But 3 small tacos. More like an app than a meal! For $200 dinner for 4 we decided the next night to go elsewhere! But overall you're def paying for the view and the ambience! Food tasted great and they sat us right away on a sat night'. And the waitress was very nice! So we loved it just the same'.
