The MICHELIN Guide has been reviewing fine-dining restaurants around the world for over a century and awarding the best-of-the-best with a ranking through the coveted MICHELIN Star system. El R&D cuenta con interiores elegantes y rebosantes de energía que ofrecen un ambiente íntimo. El R&D ofrece comida oriental servida al estilo occidental, en platillos para compartir empleando ingredientes clásicos. El menú ecléctico ofrece platillos pequeños como Grandpa's Fun Guo y CSB (char siu bao), platillos para compartir como el mejor pato de la ciudad o el pollo frito con cronuts glaseados. El establecimiento también sirve una innovadora y vibrante selección de cocteles.
