The MICHELIN Guide has been reviewing fine-dining restaurants around the world for over a century and awarding the best-of-the-best with a ranking through the coveted MICHELIN Star system. The City’s most internationally acclaimed restaurant, Don Alfonso 1890 Toronto has been awarded a Michelin Star in the inaugural Michelin Guide – Toronto 2022. Created in partnership with hospitality icon Nick Di Donato of the Liberty Entertainment Group, Don Alfonso 1890 Toronto is the only North American location of world-renowned Michelin Star Chefs Alfonso and Ernesto Iaccarino’s Don Alfonso 1890. Sitting atop the iconic Westin Harbour Castle, on the edge of Lake Ontario, the spacious new location on the 38th floor, offers stunning views of the city skyline and Toronto’s harbor. Showcasing the incredible cuisine of Michelin Star Chefs Ernesto & Alfonso Iaccarino and the wonderful fresh flavors of the Amalfi coast, Don Alfonso 1890’s cuisine is characterized by its modernity, Mediterranean flare and the exceptional quality of the raw materials used.

Alma is a restaurant based on the tastes and experiences of our kitchen team focusing on modern Chinese cuisine headed by Chef/Owner Anna Chen.
We are built around food that uses fresh, simple, quality ingredients and our focus is to create a unique dining experience.
Our beverage program is focused on Natural Wines curated by Sommeliers Kate Densmore and Ben Dalton.
As of September 2022, Alma has been recognized by the Michelin Guide as a recipient of the Bib Gourmand award.

We loved our meal here and cannot wait to return. I know everything is expensive in Toronto now and this was no exception. Was the value there? Difficult to say. I've had recent meals that were equally as excellent that were less expensive. That being said, the service was good, food was excellent and the vibe was casual yet warm and inviting. I Definitely recommend.

Grey Gardens is an oasis in an otherwise busy Kensington Market corridor. I've been a regular at Grey Mondays, their surprise tasting menu on the last Friday of the month, and brought different groups of folks with me most months. Each time we are in awe of the attention to detail, the quality of service, and the genuine kindness from every member of the team. I've said it before but skipping out on a Grey Monday is a disservice to yourself - everyone should experience what that wonderful team offers. A special shout out to Joffrey for the turnip cake which was absolutely lights out tonight, and was his creation. Yuki's trout tartare served with pita was another sensational highlight at our table. We should all aspire to have such incredible things attributed to our names! Thank you for another wonderful evening!

We had a wonderful time celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday. Staff were pleasant and the food was great!
Osteria Giulia sprung to life in our imaginations as a tribute to Italian traditions of the past.

We wanted to create one simple, beautiful thing. Somewhere outside of your busy life, outside of your surroundings, outside of time. An environment, an experience, an entire evening.

Osteria Giulia is intimate, warm and familiar. We’ve revelled in her every detail. We’ve established a rarified menu focusing on Northern Italian cuisine and delicate coastal, Mediterranean flavour.

Giulia is a new imagining of what an Italian restaurant can be. It always was the place of our dreams, the reason for our collaboration, and the culmination of—and conduit for—our collective passion.

R&D is an urban casual restaurant in the heart of Toronto’s iconic Chinatown, headed by first-ever MasterChef Canada winner Eric Chong and his mentor, Michelin-starred restaurant owner Alvin Leung. The stylish interior reflects R&D's dualistic nature: open & abuzz with energy while preserving an intimate atmosphere.

At R&D, eastern dishes meet western style in the form of modern Chinese sharing plates, where classic ingredients are given a vanguard treatment.

At Quetzal, we celebrate regional Mexican cuisine, inspired by traditional flavours and cooking styles, all cooked over a 28 foot-long open fire that runs the span of the hot line.  Traditional moles, sauces and little-known native ingredients are transported to Toronto and infused with the bounty of local Ontario and Canadian produce, for a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Quetzal is located at the corner of College & Bathurst, at the edges of four Toronto hotspot neighbourhoods: Little Italy, Kensington Market, Harbord Village, and the Annex.

We had the tasting menu and (almost) everything we ate was amazing. The dishes were beautifully presented, well paced with wonderful and unique flavours. We were very satisfied with the amount of food we were served. The service was excellent and we will definitely return!
