LuLu’s Restaurant, located on North 17th Street in the Shockoe Bottom neighborhood of Richmond, is a casual dining spot for Contemporary American food. Owned by Paul Keevil who also runs Millie’s, Lulu’s has a welcoming, distressed look with open booths, exposed everything and a visible kitchen. They are famous for their friendly service and food but they are most of all famous for brunch! It’s a special event and draws in crowds with dishes like fried chicken and red velvet waffles, steak and eggs, and the house potato cake. And definitely try their beverages, like the Brazilian mimosa with Kraken rum!
