My daughter and I arrived at 5:00 pm and were seated immediately. Being there early, it was quiet. Our server was a young lady who was on her second day there. She did a great job, helping to make our dinner a very pleasant one. As always, the food was delicious.
Dependable food and service. My son wanted crab legs and he was very satisfied.
The restaurant was quiet as we arrived early. Our food was delicious. Server was quite busy as she appeared to be working alone. Overall it was a good experience.
Ate early. Got ultimate feast, good for value. Plenty of food.
Very nice experience. Great service and food.
We will return soon
The service was more than extraordinary:) The food menu is to be questioned, as it is extensive and requires many upcharges for healthier non gluten free options. This is a corporate issue, not the issue of the location. They have always been a great staff.
Birthday celebration with Crab Fest for my 11-yr old
Happy hour was fantastic. Delicious apps n drink.
The restaurant was picked by our guests and using open table we identified that we made reservation. Upon getting to the restaurant we were rudely introduced by Sandy the Manager that met us at the hostess table that they do not do reservations and that’s it’s call and ahead and she then barked at me to take a seat. As we sat we watched Sandy continue to bark at people and demand they sit down, she was extremely rude.
Overall food was good and service was good. But corporate should really review Sandy’s management as she was setting the initial tone of the restaurant.
Outstanding service; food is very good and fresh.
Love the Monday night all you can eat shrimp special
Red Lobster is a very good restaurant for a chain restaurant. There are certainly a whole lot of choices and the tilapia that my wife had was very flavorful and moist - not dry. I had a "make-your-own" combination with 2 types of shrimp and scallops (an extra $1.99). All were delicious and well prepared. There was so much food (at least 16 shrimp and 4 scallops) that I took enough home to have the next day. Our service was a bit spotty - we took a while to make up our minds because there were so many choices, and I think she forgot about us for a while. She also forgot my side salad which was supposed to accompany the meal - brought it when I reminded her. Over all, very good experience and we will be returning.
One of us ordered crab linguine Alfredo sauce with a side salad. The sauce was thickened with flour making it almost inedible and the pieces of crab tasted stale. Only the salad was acceptable.
One of us ordered one of the Endless Shrimp specials. The shrimp on two skewers were done perfectly. The baked potato and broccoli sides were almost inedible. Broccoli overdone.
The third ordered shrimp on skewers Which were done perfectly. The broccoli overdone and the wild rice overdone and dry, inedible.
All three of us vowed to avoid Red Lobster.
A word of praise for our server and the ambience.
