Great food, great staff! Highly recommend trying the avocado crispy rice.

It was a birthday celebration and we had a GREAT time! The atmosphere was perfect; we were seated right under the sky light. The service was great; Billy was excellent, but his shift was over before we were done and his sub was not nearly as seasoned. It didn't put a damper on our experience, but it was noticeable. The additional support wait staff also did a great job; never had to ask for water, dishes to be removed, etc... The pre fixe brunch offerings met the needs of all the guests. However, it is worth noting that the short rib option is REALLY miniature! Almost comical...😅 The guests who had it did say it was good. The complimentary coconut milk mocha shot was a nice touch, and appreciated. We also ordered the Wonder Wheel; an assortment of miniature pastries. Tasty and enough for our table of 12! Overall, we had a great time and many are already planning to return for a date night! Many thanks for cutting and serving the birthday cake without a fee involved! That was an exemplary display of customer service.

The chicken paitan Ramen might be the best Ramen I’ve had in the city. Deliciously flavorful, and the service was impeccable! Will definitely be returning

I have been coming here for over 15 years and Lavagna never disappoints! The food is sublime. I always get the Penne. My sister got the pollock and was delighted with her dish. Portions are generous and the wait staff and owner are genuinely kind and welcoming. Also beautiful amber lighting, very flattering and romantic! You will not be disappointed.
