The salad bar seems OK. Our table was jammed next to a place where people were working with trays and cutlery. I’m not sure what was going on as it was behind my back. Twice trays clattered to the floor startling me. The price of tea and a coke are just exorbitant. After we finish our half-price dinner deal, I do not intend to go anymore.

Portico's main claim to fame is the atmosphere! The outdoor dining experience in the lovely garden is beyond compare to any other outdoor dining spots. The food is usually pretty good but the nightly specials truly shine! We had the Rock fish and it was the best fish of any kind I've every had! Service is wonderful as well. They have enough staff to take care of all the tables.

Fantastic service by our server, Jackson. He made our date night at Perry's so special. It was my birthday and not only did he give me a personally signed beautiful birthday card at the end of our meal, but offered me a free dessert from the menu, which was delicious! It was those extra special touches and attention to detail that meant so much and will keep us coming back, as well as the incredibly tasting food! The food was phenomenal-wonderfully prepared. My filet mignon and lobster tail was delicious and cooked to perfection. My husband's pork chip was devoured by him and luckily, he enjoyed the leftovers a day later! A fantastic meal was had by all. My only gentle feedback is I wish they offered a salad with healthier romaine lettuce. The two salads, including the wedge salad and the chopped salad, were both plentiful and tasty but had iceburg lettuce which offers no nutritional value and for the price paid, I'd prefer a healthy salad and some darker green lettuce!

Our first time to 1870 to celebrate our anniversary. Riley was our waitress and she provided outstanding service! Our meal was probably one of the best I’ve had in a while. We started with the lobster bisque and burrata apps, then we had the hanger steak and duck breast along with au gratin potatoes and carrots. Dark chocolate tart for dessert. Everything was delicious!!

As always great meal and place to taste good wine, the risotto was incredible.
