Restaurants near Kaanapali Royal #B102

While they have a short menu, the exceptional quality of the food, especially the fish, had us return repeatedly. We ate at some of the more highly regarded restaurants in the area, but none matched the food quality and flavor of MBC. In addition to better food quality, they were also more accessible than the well known restaurants in the area. We had no difficulty getting in and never made a reservation. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

We’ve made Leilani’s a must visit for the past 14 years. We always go the night we arrive and at least one other time during our visit. The food never disappoints and the staff is always outstanding. Of course the Hula Pie is a must to finish off the meal.

Hula Grill is our favorite restaurant on Maui. There is not a bad table in the place. If you are lucky enough to get the patio the view is best but the interior dining room is still open air and has a view of the setting sun. We had a delightful dinner from start to finish. Our server was amazing, she recommended her favorites and we followed them and never regretted it. Best Mai Tais we ever had, all agreed. Seafood stew with coconut broth was so delicious, the amount of seafood for the price is better than anywhere. Pork shank and nut crusted Ono also delicious. We will always go back, usually 3 times per trip!

The grilled au and shrimp duo was excellent! We were disappointed the chocolate soufflé isn’t on the menu, but the chocolate ganache cake was a good substitute. Our server was perfect!

Cocktails were great, food was solid. Service and the view was amazing. Joshua was a fantastic server and gave great recommendations.
