Restaurants near Hilton Garden Inn Mountain View

Dish Dash (Sunnyvale) has been a longtime favorite of mine (10+ years). The food is delicious, includes good portions, and an attentive waitstaff. There were 4 of us. We got the Kibbeh and Greek Salad to start, and for entree's we ordered the Beriani Dajaj, Mashwi (with Salmon), and one more (I can't remember -- but what I CAN remember is my friend has a food sensitivity, had mentioned it earlier, and when she ordered her dish, the waiter informed her that she was ordering something with dairy and recommended something else. I appreciate that, just can't remember what they ordered!). We finished our meal with the baklava. I also appreciate that the waitstaff boxed our food, including the sauces, and put them in bags to ensure we can carry it out. Thank you!

Delicious food cook to perfection, great service and great ambiance. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend Barbayani.

Came twice to try the different options. Great Paella. Loe the Peruvian Ceviche and Coctel de Camarones for apps. Many of the seafood/meat tapas are really good. My go to is Churrasco. The Octopus is probably the weakest of those I tried.

Great place all around. Just no alcohol, still? Why?

Our first dining experience at Cucina was superb. The dining room is sophisticated and feels intimate. There is also an outdoor patio that was hosting a very large party but no noise from this event entered the dining room. The entrees of scallops and salmon were beautifully plated and among the best we have had in any previous restaurant, and we have been in some of the best. The apple & greens salad was plentiful with lovely textures and tastes. Service was extremely attentive but not intrusive. We felt welcomed. Cocktails were well made. We fortunately were seated on a banquette on the back side of the dining room, as upon entering the restaurant the volume of music was much too high. It was minimized due to our location. This is our only complaint. We'll definitely spread the word about this wonderful dining venue.
