Thoroughly enjoyed the bone marrow escargot and the roast duck. Everything was prepared to perfection. Very loud atmosphere but people were having a good time so I understand. Staff was efficient and pleasant.

We arrived on-time, and we were seated promptly. From the start to finish, the service was outstanding! We started with two appetizers: the lobster dumplings and tempura snapper breast. The lobster dumplings were light and very good, but in our collective opinion they pale in comparison to the tempura snapper breast. The latter was extremely flavorful and satisfying. The Asian slaw upon which the three pieces were plated was equally outstanding. For entrees, we ordered Scalibut and the Duroc pork chop. Both were incredible. Obviously, the fish was lighter, but that is not to discount the presentation or flavor. The pork chop, which I noted one person on the Facebook page remarked no one goes to GW Fins for the pork chop, was amazing. Anyone who has experienced quality Duroc pork knows that it is extremely flavorable for lean pork. The recommended temperature (medium) was spot on for this lean piece of meat. The goat cheese polenta (grits) were also very good. It was delicate and understated, but it was a nice complement to the pork. For dessert, we shared the Salty Malty Ice Cream Pie. It was very good! If you like a dessert that features salt and sugar, then I cannot recommend it highly enough. Overall, the visit exceeded all expectations! By the way, the locals with whom we spoke say this is a seafood destination.

The service was upscale yet friendly. I wish I could recall my server's name, as he was truly exceptional. His knowledge of the menu and his recommendations were spot-on. The meal selection was guided by our conversation, a personalized touch that was much appreciated. He was attentive, never crossing the line into being intrusive. The food was a revelation. The Greek salad was a fresh, tangy delight, rivaling the ones I had in Greece. And the Korean wings, a top favorite, were a perfect blend of sweet and spicy, leaving us craving more. The spices were flavorful yet not overpowering.
