The homemade fried boudin balls served with remoulade and the blackened shrimp in a pineapple rum butter sauce make delicious and sharable appetizers. Some of Louisiana Lagniappe's specialty entrée dishes include the Pontchartrain sautéed fish filet topped with fried crab, honey-roasted pecans and almonds and rich hollandaise sauce, the bacon-wrapped chargrilled tuna topped with garlic beurre blanc sauce and crabmeat and the sautéed spicy barbecue shrimp.
