El restaurante Cetrella (pronunciado che-trella) debe su nombre al valle de Cetrella en la isla de Capri, con sus aromáticas hierbas. Cetrella Los Altos se distingue por ser un punto de encuentro de las gastronomías de la costa del Mediterráneo, ofreciendo una simplicidad rústica, creatividad mundana y un gusto sibarita, los comensales tienen a su disposición los salones principales Cetrella Valley y Silicon Valley, así como los más elegantes salones privados Grotto y Grove, una terraza al exterior y un bar completo. El restaurante está decorado con el trabajo distinguido del artista Matt Farrar, originario de Santa Cruz, caracterizado por la representación de paisajes locales, los arroyos, las colinas y los bosques de la zona. El chef ejecutico Michael Ellis prepara sabrosos platillos con influencias de las costas del Mediterráneo y de California, que incluyen sopas y ensaladas de temporada, mariscos crudos, platillos de queso, pan y pastas hechas en casa, verduras a la parrilla, pescado, aves, carne de caza y platillos rústicos, así como postres que incluyen gelato hecho en casa, sorbet y helado, además del postre de la casa, el Valrhona Chocolate Trio.    Urfa is a city in Southeastern Turkey, deeply rooted in history, so its unique cuisine is an amalgamation of the cuisines of the many civilizations that have ruled in Urfa. Dishes carry names in Kurdish, Arabic, Armenian, Syrian, and Turkish, and are often prepared in a spicy manner. It is widely believed that Urfa is the birthplace of many dishes, including Raw Kibbé (Çiğ Köfte), which according to the legend, was crafted by the Prophet Abraham from ingredients he had at hand.
   Many vegetables are used in the Urfa cuisine, such as the "Ecır," the "Kenger," and the "İsot", the legendary local red capsicum that is a smaller and darker.
   Urfa is a big user of clarified butter, made exclusively from sheep's milk.
   At Urfa bistro we will try our best to use local products to create dishes as same as prepared in Urfa.

   The restaurant's name draws from the history of the Main Street building it's housed in, known as the Copeland Building. The historic building, which is on the list of Los Altos Historic Landmarks, originally housed the city's post office.
