  Having read multiple reviews, we had high expectations. We were seeking elk, and imaginately crafted dishes. The elk was not medallions, but chops overdressed with a ground nut coating which tasted sadly like it was a panko base. The chops were very tender, but fell short on flavor. We did enjoy some lovely salads but Having missed the mark on the entree, it probably wasn't our first choice in Breckenridge. Still, they offer some very ambitious and unique pairings of ingredients, the specials sounded like they were derived from ingredients in the market baskets of noteworthy Food Network cooking challenges like "Chopped". The service was Impeccable, and the atmosphere was all Victorian era romance. Good location for a special celebration....More

  We took some friends to dinner who have a second home in Arrowhead. They had never heard of Terra Bistro but are now raving fans. The staff at Terra Bistro truly care about their patrons and work hard to make sure that your experience is incredible. They have a great chef named Michael who is a master at his trade. Even though they don't have it on their menu, they made us the best vegan meal that we have ever eaten! Thanks Terra for another memorable Saturday night....More
