Booked 8 times todayI've been to many Brazilian Churrascarias in several states and also in Brazil, and I must say that my experience at Fogueira Gaúcha was among the best. Top notch service, it felt like we were in a 5 star restaurant. They served us black beans, rice, farofa, and fried banana that weren't part of the salad bar, and at our request they brought perfectly fried macaxeira frita (cassava). The salad bar was amazing and very fresh. The meats were absolutely succulent, especially the picanha, rib eye, filet mignon, and chicken wrapped in bacon. At my wife's request they also brought chicken hearts straight off the grill. To finish it off, the creme brulee was one of the best we've ever had, with a perfect, fresh, sweet strawberry. Amazing! I have been here quite a bit before a while back, but it seemed as if things changed. My meal had more vegetables than meat. To me the percentage of meat versus the vegetable ratio wasn’t adequate. More
