Amazingly prompt service on Mother’s Day. Excellent food. Our “special occasion” choice.

Me, my daughter, my boyfriend’s daughter, and his mother went for an early Mothers Day dinner. We had a reservation made weeks ago and were seated promptly. We even ran a little late and I called the restaurant, but they were very accommodating which I am grateful for knowing how chaotic Mother’s Day dining can be. We were greeted by our server promptly but refills and pre-bussing had to be specifically asked for. I’m in service as well, and understand how holidays can be, but while the restaurant was busy, staff didn’t appear to be weeded. Help came from behind the bar to clear plates from our table, and that’s just straight up teamwork. Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant and professional. Overall the experience was great although I feel like service could have been a little better. The espresso martini was delicious! I’ve dined at Urban many times and will continue to do so. I’d like to go back for a non-holiday to hopefully better gauge the service level I know I can expect.

Reservations on Mothers Day saved us over a 2 hour wait. Service was definitely above expectations due to the restaurant being at near capacity. Food was great but the cheddar biscuits are incredible.

As always the food was excellent. My out of town guests loved everything they ordered. One of my favorite spots for great food and good cocktails!

Urban Rooftop was so accommodating with our party. We had a special dinner to celebrate our friend’s upcoming wedding. We were worried about possible weather and they had indoor options already prepared. Charcuterie boards were well created and the flatbread pizzas were tasty. Great place for pregaming!
