Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     First Class experience from start to finish! From Sean (at the Bar) to our Server (Wade) EVERYTHING was First Class! We started with a cocktail at the bar. The experience was warm and inviting. for dinner, we started with the cold seafood platter which included shrimp, lobster and oysters. We followed with our entrées. I had bone-in filet, my daughter had a petite filet w/shrimp. both dishes where cooked to perfection and of the highest quality. We finished with the classic cheesecake with creme brulee topping and fresh berries. There are many choices for steak in Denver, but for my money, Capital Grille can not be beat!

    Excellent food and service! The Caprese salad was AMAZING! Perfectly ripe tomatoes with a wonderful mozzarella cheese that was very generous and fresh. The lobster tail was well prepared, and my daughter's filet mignon was generous and cooked perfectly medium rare. Don't miss their signature pineapple drink nor dessert!

    Service felt slightly rushed/off putting. One thing that makes the Capital Grille experience worth it is the outstanding service. We didn’t get our hot towels at the end which I saw other people get and was excited for. Silly, sure but for a $500+ dinner, maybe not silly. My boyfriend’s card was also charged 3 times, but we didn’t say anything because we assumed it’d drop off and were in a group. Bread was also not warm/fresh. Silly again, but one of my favorite parts.
