We love Eddies! Food is always great and the people are better (something we don't see very often in other restaurants). Sometimes a bad experience might happen to display the customer service excellence. My wife ordered the Filet and I got the Prime Ribeye. We both asked for medium temperature (which is "pink"). When the main course was served, we started to eat and found the meat "medium well". I mentioned that to Josh, our wait person and he looked at it. IMMEDIATELY, the GM - Keith and Nicole showed up and insisted on taking them back. Within a few minutes new steaks were brought to us and they were perfect! On top of that, our Bananas Foster was comped. There are a lot of great steak places in the Denver area and we drive much farther to go to Eddie Merlot's... Because of the entire excellent experience. Thank you to everyone there from the reception desk all the way to the kitchen for a great 35th wedding anniversary evening.

Don't order the oysters on the half shell. You get the shell but the oyster is so small, u didn't find 2 of the six. This is the second time in a row that the oysters were so small they were almost non- existent The meatball ( singular) was good. The entrees are good. This also the third time I have been sat as far from the windows as possible. Made the reservation 6 weeks ahead. So, if you want to watch the airplanes, ask ahead. This place ain't cheap for sitting in a corner
