Japanese, Italian and classic and contemporary American cuisines are all well-represented here. The Japanese cuisine beautifully echoes the light ambiance of the entire casino. The sushi is expertly prepared, but you can also try Japanese steaks. For something heartier, the Italian fare is rich with cream, cheese and rustic vegetables. The short rib ravioli comes highly recommended. American classics abound.
