- EErinVIPChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined on Apr 12, 2025We had an unforgettable meal at Dumplin last night. Our favorite dishes were the hamachi crudo, the porchetta bao buns, and the wagyu and black truffle dumplings. The octopus fritto was irresistible and was so light and crispy. Innovative flavors, thoughtful presentation, and service was top notch. For dessert, the scorched s’more sundae is absolute perfection! Discover Jefferson Park
Jefferson Park is a new, up-and-coming area outside of Denver with a culinary scene that is making a splash. New places include pizza places, pubs, and American style restaurants that serve dishes like fried green tomato eggs Benedict as handily as they do po’ boys with sassafras bacon. Organic, local food is highlighted on many menus, and the chefs here will create a series of unique seasonal dishes to celebrate the best of Colorado produce. Discover classic Japanese food featuring Colorado-raised beef, Southern home cooking made with local corn, and American bistros with flights of tasting mimosas for Sunday brunch. Small, international eateries can be found in abundance and feature authentic Mexican, Latin American and various Asian recipes. You will also find hip new places here like wine and tapas restaurants and breweries.
