About the restaurant

Goodman specialises in steak. Our chefs source the best beef from both sides of the Atlantic – from premium USDA corn-fed herds to grass-fed Scottish beef, grain-fed Irish Angus and rare breed Belted Galloway from the Lake District in England – to present a unique combination of a traditional British chophouse and classic New York grill. All of our meat is dry aged and cut on-site – which can be seen in our glass-walled dry-ageing room. Couple that with one of London’s largest collections of American red wine, fine single malt whiskeys and a couple of great traditional English beers on tap and you have a match made in carnivore heaven.

I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. Everything from the food to the staff and the experience was great, everyone was friendly and helpful and they made it such a great night. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food is excellent and the views of St Paul's and the river amazing. The choice of food is somewhat limited and the price is on the high side. Great for a romantic meal or special occasion.

Excellent afternoon tea. Food was delicious some different ideas. Loved the goat’s cheese tart, different scones and beautiful cakes. The surroundings were stunning, a walk down memory lane for my husband who used to work there. It was topped with a lovely view. Great day.

We had a lovely time at your restaurant celebrating my birthday , service was great and food was amazing. Only thing was we requested a table with a view but unfortunately we couldn’t get one and felt a bit unattended during service but apart from that we had and amazing time . Looking forward to come back soon. And thank you for the dessert In the end for my birthday .
