Oi Spaghetti is an open-kitchen restaurant in a timber cabin, opened in 2015. There are 3 tables indoors/outdoors depending on the season. The atmosphere is relaxed because it is small and cosy and Copeland Park is secluded from high street fuss. Expect a small selection of traditional spaghetti recipes (some with a twist) accompanied by natural wine and in-house made tiramisu'. The Water House Project is open for dinner Wednesday - Saturday 7pm and lunch on Saturday & Sunday at 1pm.

Founded by Chef Gabriel Waterhouse and Patricia Wakaimba, each service comprises exclusively of a single tasting menu with guests served at the same time. For this reason we require all guests to arrive on time. Our doors are open 15 minutes before if you wish to arrive early.

If you have any dietary requirements these must be noted during the booking process or emailed to us 48 hours before hand. If you are making a group reservation please note the requirements of your entire group. For group bookings larger than 6 people, please email us on enquiries@thewaterhouseproject.com

We pride ourselves on our fresh, authentic Italian food and are passionate about bringing this taste to London. Our ingredients are carefully sourced from the best suppliers and many of our dishes are made with speciality Denominazione di Origine Protetta (DOP) foods direct from Italy.

As well as sourcing the best Italian ingredients, we’ve also developed our own special pizza base recipe. Our UNICA pizza dough is made with a multigrain blend of ﬂours that is vitamin-rich and packed with ﬁbre while delivering the same delicious taste. Low in sugar and high in antioxidants, this is pizza that is good for you!

Our restaurants are a little corner of Italia in south east London. Cosy but elegant, with the warmth of family-friendly service delivered with the best wood-ﬁred pizza you’ll ﬁnd outside of Naples. We look forward to welcoming you soon.

This spot surprised me in all the right ways. The truffle hot dog was next-level - delicious and full of flavour. The Coconut Herb cocktail became one of my favourites too. The atmosphere was really nice and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely would come back again

Deliciously prepared food and beautifully presented. Couldn’t fault any of the courses. Front of house staff very helpful. A few more wines at the more reasonable price range would have been helpful.

If you haven’t been yet to Parks Hammersmith, then this little gem should be on the top of your list for your next meal out. The hosts were attentive, the food was absolutely delicious and the decor is so fresh and minimalist, we will be back. It has quickly become our favourite place to eat.
